Singles matchplay uses 100% h/c allowance. The lowest player plays off scratch and the other player gets the full difference as per FPG guidelines.
There will be 10 Matchplay League events during the year with player's best 6 results counting, so that people who go home during the summer or at other times will not be disadvantaged.
