Irrespective of whether you are a Resident, or looking to perhaps enjoy the superb Silves course as your Portuguese 'Home' venue in the future if only visiting this beautiful region, world renowned for its hospitality and the quality of its golfing facilities, your membership enquiry to us would be welcomed.
The Silves Golf Course is one of five, locally owned by the prestigious Pestana Resort and Hotel Chain. The others being; Gramacho, Pinta, Alto and Vila Sol. Membership gives you access to play at all five courses.
Our members are required to hold a golf handicap, officially recognised by registration with the Portuguese Golf Federation (PGF). If you are presently unregistered, this can be achieved by your submission of a minimum of three of our 'qualifying' competition cards. This can again be organised by S.I.C.G. through our Handicaps Sub committee.
The name of our club 'Silves International Clube de Golfe' truly represents our membership and is what we see for the future, a mixture of members from all parts of the globe.
Golfing Details
If you do not have a Handicap or have a lapsed Handicap we will require you to submit three qualifying score cards to the Handicap Secretary to enable a Handicap to be allocated.

To become a member you require an annual Pestana Golf Subscription

Annual Membership Fee 30 Euro
Annual Portuguese Golf Federation (FPG) Fee 70 Euro
One off Administration Fee for joining SICG 30 Euro
Initial Payment to join Competitions 25 Euro
(The Fee to join competitions is 3 Euro per game and will be charged electronically)
You will have an individual account with SICG. The balance and transactions of the last three months will be displayed on the website after you log into your personal account.
