This is the first day of 3 days of fun Competition between 2 teams which will be decided later. It will be GB against the Rest of Europe. Day 1 will be 4 ball Betterball Matchplay and played on the 22nd. Day 2 will be played on Wednesday 24th and will be Foursomes Matchplay. Day 3 will be played on Friday 26th and will be Singles Matchplay. The Handicap Allowance for day 1 will be 90% of the difference using playing handicaps at 100% and for day 2 will be 50% of each of the combined playing handicaps and for day 3 will be 100% as per FPG guidelines.
Guests are welcome
You do not have to enter in Pairs. The Ryder Cup Captain for your Country group will work out the pairings.
WHEN ENTERING PLEASE PUT YOUR HOME COUNTRY AS ON YOUR PASSPORT IN THE COMMENTS BOX
2 points for a win and 1 point for a tie. No extra holes.
Entry fee will be €10 for all 3 days irrespective of how many days you play.
There will be a light lunch to be served at the Club as you come in at a cost of 11€ for Members and 15€ for Guests.
The players in the winning Team over all 3 days will each receive a bottle of wine. Money left over [if any] from the registration will be used to help subsidise the members lunch.
The presentation to the winning Team will be made at the Club after the lunch
